Deploy Goats operates as a prime contractor for commercial vegetation management using targeted grazing. Our services include coordinating between clients seeking vegetation management solutions and vetted local grazing operators across the United States.
Deploy Goats is not an employer of grazing operators. All operators within the Deploy Goats network are independent contractors who maintain their own business operations, insurance, and equipment.
Operators in the Deploy Goats network are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Deploy Goats. Deploy Goats does not control the means, methods, or manner by which operators perform their work.
Each operator is responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage, equipment, livestock, business licenses, and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
All services are subject to operator availability, seasonal conditions, and geographic coverage. References to coverage in "38 states" or similar statements are approximate and reflect an expanding network. Deploy Goats does not guarantee service availability in any specific location or within any specific timeframe. Project timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by conditions outside our control.
Deploy Goats maintains the insurance coverages and certifications described on this website. Specific coverage limits and policy details are available upon request for qualified project inquiries.
Certifications including ISNetworld, PEC SafeLand, Veriforce, and OSHA are maintained current but are subject to standard renewal cycles. All claims regarding insurance and certification levels are made in good faith and are subject to verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deploy Goats' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the contract value of the specific project at issue.
In no event shall Deploy Goats, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether Deploy Goats was advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deploy Goats and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services, your violation of these terms, or your negligence or willful misconduct.
Deploy Goats shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, animal health issues or behavior, government actions or regulations, epidemics or pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or acts of God.
Targeted grazing involves live animals and is inherently subject to natural and environmental conditions that may affect project timelines and outcomes.
"Deploy Goats," "Deploy Sheep," associated logos, and all content on this website — including text, graphics, images, and design elements — are the property of Deploy Goats and are protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our brand assets without prior written permission. Refer to our Brand Guidelines page for approved usage.
By submitting information through any forms on this website, you grant Deploy Goats the right to use that information for the purpose of providing services. This includes sharing relevant project details with operators in our network for the purpose of quoting, scheduling, and executing projects. We will not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
Specific payment terms are established in individual service contracts between Deploy Goats and each client. General framework: deposits may be required at the time of booking, with final payment due upon project completion or in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.
Operator payment terms are governed by separate operator agreements and are independent of client payment terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New York, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any such dispute.
This website and the services described herein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Deploy Goats disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Deploy Goats reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
